Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 cups chocolate almond milk
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together oats and cacao powder

  2. Add milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir well to combine

  3. Put a little peanut butter on the bottom of mason jars then distribute equal amounts of the oats mixture on top

  4. Top each jar with a little more peanut butter and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours

  5. Just before serving, add toppings of choice and dig in
