Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 cups chocolate almond milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk together oats and cacao powder
Add milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir well to combine
Put a little peanut butter on the bottom of mason jars then distribute equal amounts of the oats mixture on top
Top each jar with a little more peanut butter and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours
Just before serving, add toppings of choice and dig in
