Chocolate Caramel Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 80g whole wheat spelt flour
  • 10g raw cocoa
  • 30g vegan protein powder (chocolate brownie flavor)
  • 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds, 3 tbsp water)
  • 50g tahini
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup
  • 250ml plant-based milk
  • optional: 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to form a batter.

  2. Bake the batter on a pan from each side until golden brown.

  3. Stack the pancakes and top with your favorite topping, such as dark chocolate cream and raspberries.
