Chocolate Caramel Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 80g whole wheat spelt flour
- 10g raw cocoa
- 30g vegan protein powder (chocolate brownie flavor)
- 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds, 3 tbsp water)
- 50g tahini
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp agave syrup
- 250ml plant-based milk
- optional: 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together to form a batter.
Bake the batter on a pan from each side until golden brown.
Stack the pancakes and top with your favorite topping, such as dark chocolate cream and raspberries.
