Cacao Porridge with Blueberries and Banana Topping
Ingredients
- Oats
- Water (for 50/50 mix with oat milk)
- Oat milk (for 50/50 mix with water)
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- Glug of maple syrup
- Few raspberries
- Few walnuts
- Peanut butter
- Cacao nibs
- Chunk of raspberry centered vegan chocolate
Preparation
Make oats with a 50/50 mix of water and oat milk.
Add a handful of blueberries, half of the banana, and 1 tablespoon of cacao powder, then cook slowly.
In a small frying pan, add a glug of maple syrup and warm until it bubbles slightly.
Add a few raspberries, the other half of the banana, and a few walnuts to the pan, then simmer until sticky.
Top the cooked porridge with the sticky mixture, drizzle with peanut butter, and add fresh raspberries, cacao nibs, and a chunk of raspberry centered vegan chocolate.
