Cacao Porridge with Blueberries and Banana Topping

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Water (for 50/50 mix with oat milk)
  • Oat milk (for 50/50 mix with water)
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • Glug of maple syrup
  • Few raspberries
  • Few walnuts
  • Peanut butter
  • Cacao nibs
  • Chunk of raspberry centered vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Make oats with a 50/50 mix of water and oat milk.

  2. Add a handful of blueberries, half of the banana, and 1 tablespoon of cacao powder, then cook slowly.

  3. In a small frying pan, add a glug of maple syrup and warm until it bubbles slightly.

  4. Add a few raspberries, the other half of the banana, and a few walnuts to the pan, then simmer until sticky.

  5. Top the cooked porridge with the sticky mixture, drizzle with peanut butter, and add fresh raspberries, cacao nibs, and a chunk of raspberry centered vegan chocolate.

  6. Enjoy the dish.
