Cosy Fall Cinnamon Oatmeal with Baked Apples
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 2 small apples
Preparation
Bake the apples without using any oil, or use oil if preferred.
Make apple sauce by cooking the apples and adding some cinnamon.
Combine the rolled oats with the cinnamon and cook with the water.
Add more water if you prefer a runnier texture.
When the oatmeal reaches the desired texture, add the mashed banana.
Serve with the baked apples, apple sauce, and flax seeds if desired.
