Warm Cinnamon Oats with Banana and Berries

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup plant milk (soy milk)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 mashed banana
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix and heat the ingredients over medium heat on the stovetop.

  2. Stir as it simmers and allow to thicken to preference, about 5 minutes.

  3. Serve as desired, such as topped with banana, berries, pumpkin seeds, and plant-based yogurt.
