Warm Cinnamon Oats with Banana and Berries
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup plant milk (soy milk)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 mashed banana
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix and heat the ingredients over medium heat on the stovetop.
Stir as it simmers and allow to thicken to preference, about 5 minutes.
Serve as desired, such as topped with banana, berries, pumpkin seeds, and plant-based yogurt.
