Speedy Gyoza Ramen Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 large garlic clove or 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 500ml vegetable stock
  • 250ml soya milk
  • 2 portions pre-cooked noodles or instant ramen noodles
  • 2 portions frozen gyoza

Optional toppings

  • edamame
  • pak choi
  • sesame seeds
  • chilli oil

Preparation

  1. Add the tahini, miso, sesame oil, tamari or soy sauce, garlic and ginger to a pot. Add a splash of broth and whisk together to make a smooth, creamy paste.

  2. Add the broth and soy milk and whisk well. Bring to a simmer and leave to bubble for a few minutes to cook out the ginger and garlic.

  3. Add the ramen noodles and gyoza and cover with a lid. Leave to simmer for a further couple of minutes until cooked through.

  4. Serve in bowls, add your toppings and enjoy.
