Speedy Gyoza Ramen Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 large garlic clove or 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 500ml vegetable stock
- 250ml soya milk
- 2 portions pre-cooked noodles or instant ramen noodles
- 2 portions frozen gyoza
Optional toppings
- edamame
- pak choi
- sesame seeds
- chilli oil
Preparation
Add the tahini, miso, sesame oil, tamari or soy sauce, garlic and ginger to a pot. Add a splash of broth and whisk together to make a smooth, creamy paste.
Add the broth and soy milk and whisk well. Bring to a simmer and leave to bubble for a few minutes to cook out the ginger and garlic.
Add the ramen noodles and gyoza and cover with a lid. Leave to simmer for a further couple of minutes until cooked through.
Serve in bowls, add your toppings and enjoy.
