Crunchy Vegetable Tartare with Air-Fried Tofu

Ingredients

  • Avocado
  • Carrot
  • Beetroot
  • Tofu
  • Radish sprouts

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the avocado, carrot, and beetroot.

  2. Place the tofu in an air fryer and cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes until crunchy.

  3. Combine the chopped vegetables with the cooked tofu.

  4. Top the mixture with radish sprouts and serve.
