Breakfast Game Changer

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4c maple syrup
  • 1/3c coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1c fresh or frozen fruit of choice
  • 1/4c of nuts for topping (optional)

Preparation

  1. Make your flax egg and set aside

  2. Mix all your other ingredients together and place into a oiled 9x9 pan

  3. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set
