Breakfast Game Changer
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4c maple syrup
- 1/3c coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp applesauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1c fresh or frozen fruit of choice
- 1/4c of nuts for topping (optional)
Preparation
Make your flax egg and set aside
Mix all your other ingredients together and place into a oiled 9x9 pan
Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set
