Strawberry Banana Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any plant milk)
- 2 scoops Strawberry Banana Nicecream
Toppings
- Berries
- Figs
Preparation
In a mason jar, combine the chia seeds with the almond milk. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
In the morning, scoop in the Nicecream alongside the chia pudding. Top with berries and figs, then grab a spoon and enjoy.
