Apple Crumble Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 60g (2/3 cup) rolled oats (gf if required)
- 10 tbsp boiling water
- 2 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
- 1 grated apple + 1 tsp sweetener OR 2 tbsp apple sauce or puree
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 biscuit or 1 tbsp granola (for topping)
Preparation
Put oats and water in a bowl, stir and leave to thicken for 5 minutes.
Stir in the yoghurt, apple, almonds and cinnamon.
Pour it into a jar or container, pop a lid on it and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning sprinkle over a crumbled oaty biscuit or granola and drizzle over some milk.
Tips
It can be eaten after just an hour in the fridge if you don't want to wait overnight.
