Beef Steak with Black Pepper Sauce
Ingredients
- 400 g beef, 2 pieces
- 100 g potatoes
Marinade
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Saori black pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
Sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp Saori black pepper sauce
- salt to taste
- broth powder to taste
Preparation
Peel and cut the potatoes, then fry them.
Marinate the beef with the marinade ingredients and let it sit for 10 minutes, then grill until cooked.
Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, add chili sauce and black pepper sauce, then add salt and broth powder to taste.
Serve the beef with the sauce and potatoes.
