Easy and Foolproof Vegan Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (125g) flour
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup (325ml) plant milk

Preparation

  1. Mix together until it’s a smooth batter.

  2. Spread in a non stick pan a thin layer of the batter.

  3. Fry each side for just 1min until golden brown.

Tips

  1. You can fill them with a chocolate spread, cinnamon sugar or anything else you like.

  2. Enjoy warm.
