Easy Homemade Pancake Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 15g sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 240 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- A pinch of salt
- Oil, as needed
Preparation
Take a bowl and pour in the flour along with the sugar, salt, and baking powder, and mix.
In another bowl, place the eggs, butter, and milk, and stir well.
Transfer the liquid mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
Spread oil in the skillet, place over medium heat, and when it heats up, spread 1/4 cup of the batter in the center of the skillet.
Cook until one side is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
