Fried Chicken with Kucai Sambal
Ingredients
- 5 pieces braised chicken
- 1 bunch kucai
- 4 red chilies
- 5 bird's eye chilies
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 5-7 tablespoons water
- salt
- sugar
Preparation
Fry the braised chicken until golden brown, lift and drain.
Pound red chilies, bird's eye chilies, shrimp paste, and kucai coarsely.
Sauté the pounded sambal until fragrant, add 5-7 tablespoons water, salt, and sugar. If water reduces, adjust taste then add fried chicken, stir well, lift and serve.
