Indonesian Bakso Soup Broth
Ingredients
Boiling
- 3 liters water
- beef bones
- beef scraps for the broth
- celery leaves
- green onions
Spice blend
- garlic
- 2 stalks green onions (white part only)
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 3 candlenuts
- powdered stock
- salt
Preparation
Boil the beef bones and scraps until the broth is released, then add green onions and celery leaves.
Sauté the ground spices until fragrant.
Add the sautéed spices to the beef bone broth.
Adjust the seasoning to taste.
