Ingredients

Boiling

  • 3 liters water
  • beef bones
  • beef scraps for the broth
  • celery leaves
  • green onions

Spice blend

  • garlic
  • 2 stalks green onions (white part only)
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 3 candlenuts
  • powdered stock
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Boil the beef bones and scraps until the broth is released, then add green onions and celery leaves.
