Sausage Bean and Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
- Cumberland sausages (part fried and cooled)
- Puff pastry
- Baked beans
- Smoked cheddar (grated)
- Beaten egg
- Garlic Italian seasoning
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Partially fry the Cumberland sausages and allow them to cool.
Mix the baked beans and grated smoked cheddar together.
Spread the bean and cheese mixture on the puff pastry.
Place a sausage at one end of the pastry and roll it up, sealing the edges.
Brush the rolls with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with garlic Italian seasoning and chilli flakes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25 minutes.
Tips
Be careful when eating straight from the oven as they will be very hot.
