Stuffed Omelette with Chicken Mince

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 120g chicken mince
  • About 30g cheese
  • Greens
  • Onion
  • Sour cream

Preparation

  1. Combine egg with salt and pepper, beat with a whisk and fry a pancake

  2. Add finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, milk for juiciness and greens to the mince and mix

  3. Spread the pancake with sour cream, optionally add garlic to the sour cream, then add the filling, roll into a roll, spread a little sour cream on top and grate cheese

  4. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
