Vanilla Pancakes with Coconut Yoghurt and Berries

Ingredients

  • 65g whole spelt flour
  • 10g vanilla protein powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • ~3 tsp plant based yoghurt (30g)
  • 100ml plant based milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp sparkling water
  • sweetener if needed

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients.

  2. Add the yoghurt, the milk and the sparkling water and stir until well combined.

  3. Let the dough sit for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Bake the pancakes in a preheated pan.

Tips

  1. Add toppings of your choice, such as coconut yoghurt and berries.
