Vanilla Pancakes with Coconut Yoghurt and Berries
Ingredients
- 65g whole spelt flour
- 10g vanilla protein powder
- a pinch of salt
- ~3 tsp plant based yoghurt (30g)
- 100ml plant based milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sparkling water
- sweetener if needed
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the yoghurt, the milk and the sparkling water and stir until well combined.
Let the dough sit for 10-15 minutes.
Bake the pancakes in a preheated pan.
Tips
Add toppings of your choice, such as coconut yoghurt and berries.
