Banana Maple Vegan Protein Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 zucchini (grated)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 scoop banana maple French toast protein powder
- 1 cup water or plant milk
Toppings
- strawberries
- chocolate coated bar pieces
- coconut flakes
- hemp hearts
- raw creamy almond butter
Preparation
Combine oats, grated zucchini, pumpkin purée, protein powder, and water or plant milk in a pot
Cook over medium heat until oats are tender, stirring occasionally, about 5-10 minutes
Top with strawberries, chocolate bar pieces, coconut flakes, hemp hearts, and almond butter
