Banana Maple Vegan Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 zucchini (grated)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 scoop banana maple French toast protein powder
  • 1 cup water or plant milk

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • chocolate coated bar pieces
  • coconut flakes
  • hemp hearts
  • raw creamy almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, grated zucchini, pumpkin purée, protein powder, and water or plant milk in a pot

  2. Cook over medium heat until oats are tender, stirring occasionally, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Top with strawberries, chocolate bar pieces, coconut flakes, hemp hearts, and almond butter
