Vegan Banana Maple Oats with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 zucchini (grated)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
- 1 cup water or plant milk
Toppings
- strawberries
- mini chocolate chips
- coconut flakes
- hemp hearts
- raw creamy almond butter
Preparation
Combine all base ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat and add the toppings, serving immediately
