Vegan Banana Maple Oats with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 zucchini (grated)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
  • 1 cup water or plant milk

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • mini chocolate chips
  • coconut flakes
  • hemp hearts
  • raw creamy almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine all base ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally

  2. Remove from heat and add the toppings, serving immediately
