Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Squid

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches water spinach
  • 1 squid
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 curly chilies
  • 1 teaspoon mushroom stock
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Stir-fry shallots, garlic, and chilies until cooked.

  2. Add squid and water spinach.

  3. Add water.

  4. Season with mushroom stock, oyster sauce, and salt.

  5. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  6. Serve warm.
