Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Squid
Ingredients
- 2 bunches water spinach
- 1 squid
- 4 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 curly chilies
- 1 teaspoon mushroom stock
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Stir-fry shallots, garlic, and chilies until cooked.
Add squid and water spinach.
Add water.
Season with mushroom stock, oyster sauce, and salt.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve warm.
