Spicy Stir-Fried Salted Fish
Ingredients
- Fried salted fish
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves shallots, thinly sliced
- Red and green curly chilies, to taste, sliced diagonally
- 1 red tomato
- 1 green tomato
- 1 lemongrass, smashed
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Water as needed
- Cooking oil
Preparation
Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant.
Add the chilies, tomatoes, and lemongrass.
Add water as needed, then add salt, sugar, and oyster sauce.
Add the fish, adjust the taste, and remove from heat.
Notes
This dish pairs well with rice and can use various types of salted fish if available.
