No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • Slightly more than half a cup of sugar (adjust to taste for sweetness)
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon margarine or butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2.5 packages cocoa biscuits (crushed to about 4.5 cups)

Chocolate sauce

  • Almost 2 cups milk (using 200ml cup)
  • 1 tea glass sugar (approximately 1/2 cup)
  • 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preparation

  1. Cook the sauce ingredients in a pot, stirring constantly until done.

  2. Combine pudding ingredients except butter in a pot and cook while stirring constantly.

  3. After cooking, add butter and stir until slightly cooled.

  4. Meanwhile, crush the biscuits in a blender until powdered.

  5. Mix the crushed biscuits with the pudding until it thickens and holds together.

  6. Pour into a 22x22 cm square mold or cake pan.

  7. Refrigerate to cool; it sets in about 4-5 hours, or make it the night before if possible.

  8. Slice and top with chocolate sauce before serving.
