Red Velvet Cookie Topped Oats

Ingredients

  • 200ml water
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk (3.5mins in micro
  • stir
  • 3.5mins in micro
  • stir). Add 7g of sweetener
  • 200g of 0% greek yoghurt and 20g @phdnutrition smart protein (‘ADAM15’ saves you 15% on PhD). Top with cookie douigh and stick it in the fridge over night. Banger! Topped with one of those @judesicecream white chocolate ice cream
  • soem strawberries (HEALTH) and some white chocolate drizz
