Red Velvet Cookie Topped Oats

Ingredients

  • 80g oats
  • 200ml water
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 7g sweetener
  • 200g 0% Greek yogurt
  • 20g PhD Nutrition smart protein

Toppings

  • cookie dough
  • white chocolate ice cream
  • strawberries
  • white chocolate drizzle

Preparation

  1. Mix 80g oats, 200ml water, and 200ml unsweetened almond milk. Microwave for 3.5 minutes, stir, then microwave again for 3.5 minutes and stir.

  2. Add 7g sweetener, 200g 0% Greek yogurt, and 20g PhD Nutrition smart protein.

  3. Top with cookie dough.

  4. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. Optionally, blowtorch the cookie dough to melt it slightly.

  6. Serve with white chocolate ice cream, strawberries, and white chocolate drizzle.
