Quick Salted Caramel Blueberry Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop @vivolife salted caramel perform
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 shakes cinnamon
  • 1 shake nutmeg
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. In a pan, combine all dry ingredients: oats, ground flax seeds, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  2. Add maple syrup, salted caramel perform, and frozen blueberries.

  3. Stir in water or plant-based milk to achieve desired consistency and cook over medium heat until thickened and blueberries are soft, approximately 5-10 minutes.
