Quick Salted Caramel Blueberry Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 scoop @vivolife salted caramel perform
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 shakes cinnamon
- 1 shake nutmeg
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
Preparation
In a pan, combine all dry ingredients: oats, ground flax seeds, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add maple syrup, salted caramel perform, and frozen blueberries.
Stir in water or plant-based milk to achieve desired consistency and cook over medium heat until thickened and blueberries are soft, approximately 5-10 minutes.
