Colorful Turmeric Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • Turmeric powder
  • Ginger powder

  • Raw agave or maple syrup
  • Soy milk
  • LSA powder

Nice cream

  • Pink pitaya
  • Blue matcha
  • Fresh pineapple

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, turmeric powder, ginger powder, cardamom powder, and soy milk in a pot or bowl.

  2. Cook or soak the mixture until desired consistency is reached, then sweeten with raw agave or maple syrup.

  3. For nice cream, blend frozen banana, pear, pineapple, pink pitaya, and blue matcha until smooth.

  4. Serve the turmeric oats topped with LSA powder, granola, dry blueberries crunch, fresh fruits, and nice cream.
