Healthy Homemade Chocolate Granola
Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup buckwheat
- 1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. fine grain sea salt
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup oil of choice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Roast on a baking tray at 175°C for 15 minutes.
Remove and toss.
Roast for another 10 minutes until toasted.
Notes
Soak oats in filtered water for at least a few hours before using to aid digestion and nutrient absorption.
FODMAP friendly serving size is 1/3 cup.
