Homemade Chocolate Oats with Berries and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a sauce pan.

  2. Place on stove over medium heat and bring to a simmer.

  3. Stir until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.

  4. Remove from stove and serve with fruit.
