Homemade Chocolate Oats with Berries and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp flax seed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients together in a sauce pan.
Place on stove over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
Stir until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from stove and serve with fruit.
