Peanut Butter Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 150g @jakesboost peanut butter
- 130g dark brown sugar
- 100g caster sugar
- 110ml soya milk
- 100ml rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 220g plain flour
- 200g porridge oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100g chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix together the sugars, peanut butter, milk, oil and flax seed in a large bowl.
Add all the other ingredients and mix until you have a well combined cookie dough.
Roll into balls, place on a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Stud the tops with more chocolate chips if you wish.
Bake at 180C for 12 minutes or until golden.
Leave to cool on the tray for a minute before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
