Apple Pie Cauli Oats

Ingredients

  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 100 ml cauliflower oats
  • 150 ml oats
  • 1/2 apple
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • some cinnamon

Toppings

  • pomegranate seeds
  • peanut butter
  • quinoa puffs
  • some nuts
  • shredded coconut
  • mulberries

Preparation

  1. Combine almond milk, water, cauliflower oats, oats, chopped apple, raisins, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon in a pot.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.

  4. Add toppings such as chocolate, pomegranate seeds, peanut butter, quinoa puffs, nuts, shredded coconut, and mulberries. Enjoy.
