Apple Pie Cauli Oats
Ingredients
- 200 ml almond milk
- 50 ml water
- 100 ml cauliflower oats
- 150 ml oats
- 1/2 apple
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- some cinnamon
Toppings

- pomegranate seeds
- peanut butter
- quinoa puffs
- some nuts
- shredded coconut
- mulberries
Preparation
Combine almond milk, water, cauliflower oats, oats, chopped apple, raisins, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon in a pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
Add toppings such as chocolate, pomegranate seeds, peanut butter, quinoa puffs, nuts, shredded coconut, and mulberries. Enjoy.
