Choc Raspberry Baked Weetbix

Ingredients

  • 2 Weetbix (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder*
  • 1 tbs Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbs Sweetener
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • Raspberries and Choc Chips to preference

Choc Drizzle

  • 3 tbs Powdered Almond Butter*
  • 3 tbs Water
  • 1 tbs Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbs Maple Syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Mix ingredients together until combined and mixture is smooth. Fold through raspberries and choc chips.

  3. Pour into a baking dish/tin, top with extra berries and choc, and bake for 10/15 minutes.

  4. Serve with a choccy drizzle for next level goodness!
