Choc Raspberry Baked Weetbix
Ingredients
- 2 Weetbix (crushed)
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Protein Powder*
- 1 tbs Cacao Powder
- 1 tbs Sweetener
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- Raspberries and Choc Chips to preference
Choc Drizzle
- 3 tbs Powdered Almond Butter*
- 3 tbs Water
- 1 tbs Cacao Powder
- 1 tbs Maple Syrup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Mix ingredients together until combined and mixture is smooth. Fold through raspberries and choc chips.
Pour into a baking dish/tin, top with extra berries and choc, and bake for 10/15 minutes.
Serve with a choccy drizzle for next level goodness!
