Indonesian Chayote and Carrot Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 chayote, cut into pieces
- 1 carrot, cut into pieces
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 packets of lasa seasoning
- 4 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon mixed seasoning
- water as needed
- 500 ml water
Preparation
Heat oil as needed and sauté shallots and garlic until wilted and fragrant.
Add water to the sauté, add carrot first because of its hard texture, then sauté briefly.
When the carrot is slightly soft, add chayote, then add lasa seasoning, green onion, celery, and mixed seasoning.
Adjust the taste and serve.
