Stir-Fried Shimeji Mushrooms with Green Chilies
Ingredients
- 1 pack white shimeji mushrooms
- 3 green chilies
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Oil as needed
Ground spices
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 shallots
- Cooking oil
Preparation
Heat oil, add the ground spices and stir until browned.
Add green chilies, shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry briefly. Then add water, oyster sauce and let it boil.
Once the water reduces slightly and starts to thicken, remove from heat.
The stir-fried shimeji with green chilies is ready to serve.
Notes
Babies can eat mushrooms as long as they show no allergic reactions; after introducing once, wait a few days to check for signs of allergy.
There is no official age limit for introducing mushrooms, but experts suggest starting around 10-12 months.
