Single Serve Banana Bread Granola

Ingredients

  • heaped 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • small handful of pecans, chopped
  • punch of each cinnamon, ginger, salt, vanilla powder
  • 1 banana, mashed well
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
  • optional) 1 tbsp peanut butter, melted

  1. Dried banana chips

  2. Chocolate covered banana chips

  3. Crystallised ginger

  4. Raisins

  5. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
