What About Some Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup roasted white pumpkin (cooked 40 mins at 400f)
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar (can sub with brown)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chunks .

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and fold in your chocolate chips last - after you’ve formed the batter

  3. Shape into little balls, and cook for 10-12 minutes
