Coconut Overnight Oats with Banana and Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Mix together all ingredients except banana and allow to soak overnight in the fridge.

  2. Stir in banana prior to serving and top with fruit of choice.

  3. One of my favorites in the rotation!
