Delicious Homemade Apple Cinnamon Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 peeled and diced apples
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
For the pan
- margarine (for greasing)
- sugar and ground cinnamon (for sprinkling)
Preparation
In a blender, blend the sugar, eggs, and canola oil until homogeneous
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the flour, mixing well
Add the cinnamon and baking powder and stir well
Finally, add the diced apples and raisins and stir until incorporated
Pour the batter into a bundt pan greased with margarine and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar
Bake in a low oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and then unmold
Serve immediately
