Banana and Cauliflower Oat Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hazelnut milk
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 4-5 pieces frozen banana
- Cinnamon, to taste
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- Frozen raspberries
- Pomegranate
- Powdered peanut butter
- Extra cinnamon
- Cham
Preparation
Bring the hazelnut milk to a boil.
Add the oats, frozen cauliflower rice, frozen banana, cinnamon, and salt to the boiling milk.
Reduce heat and simmer until the oats are cooked and the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
Serve with frozen raspberries, pomegranate, powdered peanut butter, extra cinnamon, and cham.
