Banana and Cauliflower Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hazelnut milk
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 4-5 pieces frozen banana
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Frozen raspberries
  • Pomegranate
  • Powdered peanut butter
  • Extra cinnamon
  • Cham

Preparation

  1. Bring the hazelnut milk to a boil.

  2. Add the oats, frozen cauliflower rice, frozen banana, cinnamon, and salt to the boiling milk.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer until the oats are cooked and the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.

  4. Serve with frozen raspberries, pomegranate, powdered peanut butter, extra cinnamon, and cham.
