Chocolate and Tahini Chia Pudding with Fried Bananas, Figs and Almond Yogurt
Ingredients
- 50 g chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp raw cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 3 Tbsp rice syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 360 ml oat milk
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients first
Add the liquid ingredients and mix well
Let the mixture soak overnight
Fry banana slices in a pan until golden
Serve with a little almond yogurt, fried bananas, and figs
