Chocolate and Tahini Chia Pudding with Fried Bananas, Figs and Almond Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 3 Tbsp rice syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 360 ml oat milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients first

  2. Add the liquid ingredients and mix well

  3. Let the mixture soak overnight

  4. Fry banana slices in a pan until golden

  5. Serve with a little almond yogurt, fried bananas, and figs
