Cinnamon Spice & Everything Nice Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 2 dates, chopped
  • 3 inches of carrot, grated
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, unsweetened oat milk, chopped dates, grated carrot, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and cardamom.

  2. Simmer all the ingredients in the saucepan until you reach your desired consistency.

  3. Once the oatmeal is cooked, remove it from the heat.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
