Healthy Apple Cinnamon Oat Muffins
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup @onedegreeorganics apple cinnamon oats
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- lots of cinnamon
- desired amount of diced or freeze dried apple
- 1 tbsp ground flax (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
Blend 2/3 cup rolled oats into flour.
Add 1/3 cup applesauce, 1/3 cup plant milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, lots of cinnamon, desired amount of diced or freeze dried apple, and 1 tbsp ground flax (optional).
Stir until combined.
Scoop batter into mini muffin tin.
Spoon date caramel on top.
Bake for ~15 mins.
