Healthy Apple Cinnamon Oat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup @onedegreeorganics apple cinnamon oats
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • lots of cinnamon
  • desired amount of diced or freeze dried apple
  • 1 tbsp ground flax (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Blend 2/3 cup rolled oats into flour.

  3. Add 1/3 cup applesauce, 1/3 cup plant milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, lots of cinnamon, desired amount of diced or freeze dried apple, and 1 tbsp ground flax (optional).

  4. Stir until combined.

  5. Scoop batter into mini muffin tin.

  6. Spoon date caramel on top.

  7. Bake for ~15 mins.
