Cinnamon Carrot Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2/3 cup plant milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Grated carrot
- Lots of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, plant milk, baking powder, grated carrot, cinnamon, ground flax, and maple syrup.
Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the oatmeal is set.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
