Loaded Vanilla Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • vanilla essence
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • small courgette, grated and squeezed
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2/3 - 1 cup water

Toppings

  • sautéed caramelised banana
  • @eatvive vanilla crunch FOTM bar
  • vanilla cashew butter
  • strawberries
  • donut peach
  • apricot jam

Preparation

  1. Grate and squeeze a small courgette.

  2. Chop one apple.

  3. Combine the oats, vanilla essence, chopped apple, grated courgette, almond milk, and water in a saucepan.

  4. Cook until thick and creamy.

  5. Prepare toppings by sautéing banana until caramelised, then add vanilla crunch bar, vanilla cashew butter, strawberries, donut peach, and apricot jam.
