Loaded Vanilla Apple Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- vanilla essence
- 1 apple, chopped
- small courgette, grated and squeezed
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2/3 - 1 cup water
Toppings
- sautéed caramelised banana
- @eatvive vanilla crunch FOTM bar
- vanilla cashew butter
- strawberries
- donut peach
- apricot jam
Preparation
Grate and squeeze a small courgette.
Chop one apple.
Combine the oats, vanilla essence, chopped apple, grated courgette, almond milk, and water in a saucepan.
Cook until thick and creamy.
Prepare toppings by sautéing banana until caramelised, then add vanilla crunch bar, vanilla cashew butter, strawberries, donut peach, and apricot jam.
