Malaysian Apam Lenggang Pancake
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rice flour
- 0.5 cups wheat flour
- 1.5 teaspoons yeast
- 7-8 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 egg
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except coconut milk, stir well and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
Add coconut milk and stir again.
Heat the pan and grease it with oil, take one ladle of batter and spread it like making kueh ketayap.
Cover the apam with a pot lid and cook for 2-3 minutes with low heat.
It is ready to eat.
