Spinach and Egg Tortilla Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla or lavash
  • 1 onion
  • Spinach, to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt
  • Kashar cheese

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion and sauté it in a little oil.

  2. Add the pre-washed and chopped spinach, along with spices and salt, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Beat the eggs and spread them evenly in the pan.

  4. Cover with the tortilla bread.

  5. When slightly cooked, flip using a plate, add the cheese, fold, and cook the other side until done, then serve.
