Spinach and Egg Tortilla Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 tortilla or lavash
- 1 onion
- Spinach, to taste
- 2 eggs
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Salt
- Kashar cheese
Preparation
Chop the onion and sauté it in a little oil.
Add the pre-washed and chopped spinach, along with spices and salt, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Beat the eggs and spread them evenly in the pan.
Cover with the tortilla bread.
When slightly cooked, flip using a plate, add the cheese, fold, and cook the other side until done, then serve.
