Chicken Fillet in Butter Sauce

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 350g chicken thigh fillet
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tbsp chicken stock powder

Other

  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Maggi seasoning

Garnishes

  • white rice
  • green onions
  • lime
  • toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Marinate the chicken with lime juice, cornstarch, and chicken stock powder, mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes

  2. Heat a little oil, cook the chicken until dry and golden brown, set aside and cut into pieces

  3. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, then add the chicken, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, Maggi seasoning, and margarine, cook briefly on high heat

  4. The chicken fillet in butter sauce is ready to serve
