Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts and Tofu

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls bean sprouts
  • Tofu, as needed
  • 2 bird's eye chilies
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt, as needed
  • Granulated sugar, as needed
  • Flavor enhancer, as needed
  • 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce

Preparation

  1. Stir-fry the spices until fragrant, add tofu and oyster sauce, cook for a few minutes, then add bean sprouts.

  2. Stir-fry briefly, adjust seasoning and serve.
