Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts and Tofu
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- Tofu, as needed
- 2 bird's eye chilies
- 3 cloves garlic
- Salt, as needed
- Granulated sugar, as needed
- Flavor enhancer, as needed
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
Preparation
Stir-fry the spices until fragrant, add tofu and oyster sauce, cook for a few minutes, then add bean sprouts.
Stir-fry briefly, adjust seasoning and serve.
