Portobello Mushroom Pizzas Ready in 8 Minutes
Ingredients
- 4 portobello mushroom caps
- Spinach
- Organic marinara sauce
- Feta cheese
- Pepperoni
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic seasoning
- Non-stick spray
Preparation
Preheat the oven to broil.
Wash the mushrooms.
Scoop out the gills of the mushroom using a spoon. You may refer to a tutorial if needed.
Spray a pan with non-stick spray.
Place the mushroom caps face up in the pan.
Top with spinach, organic marinara sauce, feta cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic seasoning.
Bake on the bottom shelf of the oven for 8 minutes.
