Sesame Puffed Fried Dough
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 cups flour
- 50 ml milk
- 4 tablespoons sesame
Preparation
Mix milk, egg, flour, salt, and baking powder to form a soft dough that does not stick to hands.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the size of a dessert plate using flour and a rolling pin, brush with milk, sprinkle with sesame, and then roll out to 0.5 cm thickness.
Cut the dough into rounds using a round cutter.
Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden.
