Sesame Puffed Fried Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 cups flour
  • 50 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons sesame

Preparation

  1. Mix milk, egg, flour, salt, and baking powder to form a soft dough that does not stick to hands.

  2. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Roll out the dough to the size of a dessert plate using flour and a rolling pin, brush with milk, sprinkle with sesame, and then roll out to 0.5 cm thickness.

  4. Cut the dough into rounds using a round cutter.

  5. Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden.
