A Bowl of Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk

Preparation

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a saucepan

  2. Mix then add in liquids

  3. Feel free to add additional sweetener to this if you feel it is appropriate or adjust any seasonings
