A Bowl of Oats
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup quick oats
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
Preparation
Place all dry ingredients in a saucepan
Mix then add in liquids
Feel free to add additional sweetener to this if you feel it is appropriate or adjust any seasonings
